Calling Card Calls

  • State-to-state calling card calls are just 40¢ a minute
  • Calls within the state are just 12.75¢ per minute
  • A $3.00 surcharge applies per each state-to-state call
  • A 75¢ surcharge applies per each in-state call
  • An additional 56¢ surcharge applies to each state-to-state call placed from a payphone
  • An additional 30¢ surcharge applies to each in-state call placed from a payphone.

Terms & Conditions

AT&T Alascom All In One requires $35.00 per month in qualified usage per AT&T Alascom All In One account. If your monthly usage falls below this minimum you will be billed an additional $14.95. Qualified usage types are: Direct Dialed State-to-State Long Distance, International Long Distance, In-State Toll, Toll-Free, and/or Calling Card. Any combination of qualified usage billing will be used to satisfy the $35.00 requirement.

A UCC charge equal to the quarterly USF contribution factor established by the FCC will apply. The factor can be found at: http://www.fcc.gov/wcb/universal_service/quarter.html.

An Administrative Expense Fee of 0.88% is applied to the total net state-to-state and international charges.

AT&T Alascom assesses a monthly Carrier Line Assessment of $3.95 per line.

A Federal Regulatory Fee of 2.06% will be assessed on state-to-state and U.S. billed international assessments, recovering amounts paid to the federal government for regulatory costs and telecom services for the hearing impaired.

A Property Tax Allotment charge of 2.48% applies to total net state-to-state and international charges.
